- All Cancellations must be in writing
- All Cancellations will be assesed a $100 fee
- We request that you notify us 60 days prior to your expected arrival to insure any refund.
- If Cancellaton occurs less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival and our condo can be re-rented a prorated refund will be made. If the condo remains occupied, all rental payments will be retained, cleaning and security deposit are refunded. After arrival, shortened stays will recieve no refunds.
